A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 900.00 USD is required to hold a spot on the Equine Photo-Art Project in Spain June 2025. The remaining balance of 1800.00 USD will be due on July 31, 2025 (a PayPal invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of July 2025, or if required, you may pay directly to our USD, GBP, or Euro account). If your balance is not paid on or before the due date, your spot will be filled from the waiting list. If your spot is filled, you will lose your deposit. If not, you can still secure your spot by paying your balance.
There will be no refund for delays or cancellations due to weather or any other unforeseen issues before, during, or after the scheduled tour. In addition, Katarzyna Okrzesik-Mikoajek is not responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred by cancellations due to weather, flight delays, visa issues, or other unforeseen issues.
Katarzyna Okrzesik-Mikołajek reserves the right to cancel this event if it does not meet the required minimum enrollment (5 of the total spots available). If that happens, all money collected for deposits and remaining balances will be totally refunded. Please note that if you cancel your space on this event, your deposit and/or balance collected for that event remain non-refundable.
Following the protocols in place per local and/or federal guidelines regarding natural disasters, pandemics, and wars, if Katarzyna's tours cannot be held on the announced date, then a new date will be set and the events will be postponed. For this reason, please don’t book your airfare until this tour is confirmed as a go.
If the new date of the postponed event does not suit you, your deposit will be refunded.
If all spots are full, you can sign up for the waiting list. The waiting list also requires an advance non-deposit payment. If the spot does not open for you until August 1, 2025, your deposit will be refunded.
However, anytime we choose to travel, we must acknowledge the risk of contact with diseases or otherwise, and each person shall be completely responsible for themselves at all times and will have to adhere to all measures of safety being implemented by Katarzyna Okrzesik-Mikołajek during any workshops, tours, or events.
Due to ever-changing travel restrictions, we strongly recommend that you purchase quality travel insurance.
During this event, individual room accommodations will be provided.
During this event, meals 3 times a day will be provided.
During this event, transportation is not provided. However, if for some reason you are unable to rent a car or arrange to travel with other participants from the airport, we can provide transportation for an additional fee (please send an email for further details).
During our meals, all state, federal, and local guidelines will be followed to ensure everyone’s safety.
Katarzyna Okrzesik-Mikołajek reserves the right to take one over the limit on every workshop, tour, or event.

Katarzyna Okrzesik-Mikołajek and her employees, our hosts, and horse owners are not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property arising from incidents occurring at the tour venue. You are responsible for your own safety at all times. When you sign up for any of Katarzyna's workshops, tours, or events, you certify that you are in good general health and that you do not have any physical or other disabilities that would place either you or other participants in danger.
The participant allows the event to be photographed, filmed, and recorded for future tour promotions.
The participant is obliged to equip himself for the duration of the event with his own DSLR or mirrorless camera and a 70-200mm, 300mm, 200-400mm (or similar) lens. Most of the sessions will be adapted to the telephoto lens space.
In order to use post-processing tools in the most effective way, the Participant should have a laptop with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom software during this event.
Participants must caption "Photo taken during Equine Photo-Art Project with Katarzyna Okrzesik-Mikolajek" and credit Yeguada Sierra de la Espada when posting online photographs made during this event.
Participant hold full copyrights to the photographs made during this event, which includes publishing and posting them on social media, websites, portfolios, any kind of image sales, art references, participation in competitions.
For a good atmosphere during the whole tour and the comfort of all photographers during photo sessions, the ability to collaborate in a group is necessary. Each participant shall conduct themselves in a civil manner, not only to the hosts but to each other. There will be no tolerance for rude behavior. Katarzyna will give you one warning before you are asked to leave the group without any refund whatsoever, and it will be your sole responsibility, both physically and financially, to make arrangements to leave the group immediately. These workshops, tours, and events are supposed to be fun and enjoyable for all, so please act accordingly.
Katarzyna Okrzesik-Mikołajek reserves the right to find a suitable replacement for myself in the event of a tragic accident or unforeseen event that would keep me from attending any workshop, tour, or event.
Prior to the start of this tour, each participant will need to sign a Liability Waiver agreement.
